Please note that all our prices are in euros. The prices of the products are specified on our online store and BOBO CHOSES reserves the right to modify these at any time. This will not affect your statutory rights. Shipping costs and Customs duties are not included in the price.
The payment methods we accept are: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal.
Our payment method is 3DSecure. The security system of CaixaBank guarantees confidentiality and holder authenticity and prevents unauthorized third parties from gaining access to your information.
You can contact our customer service through the chat service available from your BOBO CHOSES account (from 09.00 am to 05.00 pm CET) about any problem you may have in the process of placing your order. If there is an error during the payment process with your credit card, you will immediately receive an e-mail to inform you of the error. In that case, the payment will not be processed and your order will be put into standby. You will need to get in touch with us through our chat service in order for us to determine a course of action regarding your order.
We sell products around the world. The chart above indicates the costs for the main destinations. Please be aware that customs duties for deliveries outside the European Union are not included and have to be paid to the courier upon delivery of your product.

We dispatch all orders within 2-5 days (Monday – Friday) with the exception of sale and peak periods where this may take longer.
Once your order is sent, you will receive a tracking number by e-mail to follow your package along its trip to your doorstep. Feel free to contact email@example.com. if you have any further questions or concerns regarding the shipment of your order. Also, you can contact to UPS website directly (www.ups.com) or you can download application “my choice ups”. It allows you to manage any incident and change direction.
Our packages are shipped with UPS and a signature may be required on receipt. If you are not around to take the delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how to collect your package. Alternatively UPS will try two more times to deliver the package.
Unfortunately we are unable to change a delivery address once the order has been dispatched. If you change the delivery address, there will be an additional charge, which you will have to pay to the courier company directly upon delivery.
If the parcel is damaged when it arrives, please contact us within 24 hours and we will contact the courier Company.
We accept returns and exchanges of products when, for instance, you do not like the product you ordered or you have chosen the wrong size, and you wish to return it. Under these circumstances you are responsible for the return shipping costs. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please note that swimwear and underwear cannot be returned. The money will not be refunded for these returned items.
At the date of receiving your package, you have 14 days to return it.
We cannot exchange returned products for another size or item. You should place a new order if you wish to buy another product or change the size.
If, however, Bobo Choses has made a mistake regarding your order we will assume the shipping costs. If this is the case, please contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org.
These are the steps to return an ítem:
- Please log into your account on the Bobo Choses website. Go to “My returns request” and select the appropriate order reference number. Please mark the corresponding boxes of the articles you wish to return. You will be given a return number.
- Please fill out the return number at the bottom of the return form, cut along the dotted line and stick the adress on the package to send.
- When returning the goods to us, you may ship the parcel with a carrier of your choice.
- Bobo Choses will refund the amount of the returned goods through the same payment method you used to purchase your order within 30 days.
Please note that BOBO CHOSES cannot be held responsible for articles that are lost or damaged during transport.

- Garment dye: most of our products are garment dyed, which gives this unique look and feel to each product. We recommend these articles to be washed separately, and when dark, do not rub against light surfaces. We recommend to gently handwash these items upside down with cold water and neutral liquid detergent. Please do not rub when using stain-remover.

What does a BOBO CHOSES account allow me to do?
When your account has been created, you will have access to a menu with options including: whishlist, orders, refunds, gift cards and personal details.
I have forgotten the password to my BOBO CHOSES account. How can I get a new one?
Enter to the LOGIN section, and click on the “FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD” option. Type your email adress to receive a password reset link. If you are experiencing any difficulties please contact email@example.com.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders are shipped on the same day. To change or cancel an order, please contact us immediately via firstname.lastname@example.org within two hours since the order was placed. Anyway we can not assure you that the change or cancellation can be effective. Please, note that in sale and peak period our response can be delayed.
How will I know if my order is being processed?
All products are subject to availability. If they are not available at the warehouse we will contact you as soon as possible. If the products are available, you will receive an automatically generated e-mail providing information on the preparation status of your order.
