What do I need to do to become a BOBO CHOSES client?
To place an order at our on-line shop you have to register as a user on our website and complete the fields in the LOGIN section. Once you are a BOBO CHOSES member, you can check the history of your account at any time.
What does a BOBO CHOSES account allow me to do?
When your account has been created, you will have access to a menu with options including: personal information, shipping details, order status, order history, discounts, a list of products to consider for your next order (MY WISH LIST), etc..
I have forgotten the password to my BOBO CHOSES account. How can I get a new one?
Enter the LOGIN section, and click on the “FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD” option. This will allow you to type in the e-mail address you registered with your account and your new password will be sent directly to that e-mail address.
How can I place an order with BOBO CHOSES?
To place your order, please select the products and quantities you wish to purchase and add them to the basket. You can review your Shopping basket before completing your order.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders are shipped on the same day. To cancel any order, please contact us immediately via: firstname.lastname@example.org or via telephone (0034) 93 790 24 02, on the same day the order was placed. After that time, any cancellation will be processed as an exchange or return.
How will I know my order is being processed?
All product orders are subject to availability. If they are not available at the warehouse we will contact you as soon as possible.
If the products are available, you will receive an automatic e-mail providing information regarding all the stages in preparation of your order.

What are BOBO CHOSES’s pricing regulations?
Please note that all our prices are in EUROS. The prices of the products are as specified on our website (VAT included) and BOBO CHOSES reserves the right to modify these at any time. This will not affect your statutory rights. Shipping costs and Customs duties are not included in the price.
What are the accepted payment methods?
The only payment method we accept is credit card: Visa, Mastercard (American Express is being processed).
Is it safe to buy products on BOBO CHOSES’s webpage?
Our payment method is secure. The security system of “La Caixa” guarantees confidentiality and holder authenticity and prevents unauthorized third parties from gaining access to your information.
What can I do if I have any problem regarding payment?
You can contact us through the chat service available from your BOBO CHOSES account about any problem you may have in the process of placing your order.
If there is an error during the payment process with your credit card, you will immediately receive an e-mail to inform you of the error. In that case, the payment will not be processed and your order will be put into standby. How can I find out the cost of delivery? When can I expect the products?
The shipping cost of your order will be automatically calculated depending on the weight of the parcel. In the chart below, you will find estimated rates according to your location. The delivery periods are calculated from payment confirmation. Preparation for deliveries takes place during working days.

Our delivery periods are approximate and are exempt from exceptional circumstances or force majeure causes. In the event of any such exceptional circumstances occurring, BOBO CHOSES will contact you as soon as possible.
What is BOBO CHOSES’s delivery policy?
Our couriers will make a maximum of two attempts for delivery. If they are unable to do so successfully after the second attempt, your order will be sent back to our head office.
If you change the delivery address, there will be an extra charge, which you will have to defray and pay directly to the courier company.
Do you do international deliveries?
BOBO CHOSES is selling its products around the world. The chart above indicates the estimated costs for the main destinations. Please be aware that customs duties for deliveries outside the European Union are not included and have to be paid to the courier upon delivery of your product.
What shall I do if my parcel is damaged upon delivery?
If the parcel is damaged when it arrives, please contact us within 24 hours and we will contact the courier company.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
What is a return? What is an exchange?
What is a return? “I don’t like the product, I made a mistake with the size …”. In these circumstances you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
What is an exchange? “This is not what I ordered! Wrong size/reference/defective items….BOBO CHOSES made a mistake”. In these cases BOBO CHOSES will assume the shipping costs.
Can I return or exchange the products bought from BOBO CHOSES?
BOBO CHOSES accepts returns and exchanges within 7 days from receipt of your order. No returns or changes will be accepted after this period.
Are there any conditions for returns or exchanges to be accepted?
We will not exchange any items that are not in the same condition as received (labeling and original packaging), or any items that have been used or washed. BOBO CHOSES reserves the right to check the products carefully before agreeing to any exchange or return. We will only refund / replace products which are in the original condition as shipped.
What shall I do if I want to return or exchange any item purchased from BOBO CHOSES?
You should use the chat service in your account to inform us of your wish to return or exchange a product before proceeding to such a change or return. BOBO CHOSES will contact you within 3 working days.
What shall I do once BOBO CHOSES has accepted my return/exchange request?
To arrange collection, once the return or exchange of the products has been accepted by BOBO CHOSES, we will send you an email with an electronic label that you will have to attach securely to the box or envelope to be returned. You will need to call the courier office to arrange a date and time for the collection. We will provide you with the contact details.
After your request for exchange or return has been accepted, you will have 7 working days to hand over the products to be exchanged or returned to the carrier. If the products have not been handed over to the carrier within that period, BOBO CHOSES reserves the right to proceed to cancellation of the exchange or return. Once we receive the product, we will proceed with the return or exchange.
Can I get a refund?
If it is a refund you have requested, the amount can be credited to your account and will be accessible in the “MY CREDIT SLIPS” section. The amounts saved in your credit slips will be discounted from your next order or can be returned to your credit card. In any case, the amounts saved in your credit slips will be available for a period of six (6) months.
Can all products be returned or exchanged?
We do not accept returns or exchanges during our Sale periods. Swimwear cannot be exchanged or refunded.
