What do I need to do to become a BOBO CHOSES client?

To place an order in our on-line shop you have to register as a user on our website and complete the fields in the LOGIN section. Once you are a BOBO CHOSES client, you can check the history of your account at any time. 

What does a BOBO CHOSES account allow me to do?

When your account has been created, you will have access to a menu with options including: personal information, shipping details, order status, order history, discounts, a list of products to consider for your next order (MY WISH LIST), etc..

I have forgotten the password to my BOBO CHOSES account. How can I get a new one?

Enter the LOGIN section, and click on the “FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD” option. This will allow you to type in the e-mail address you registered your account with and a new password will be sent to that e-mail address directly. If you are experiencing any difficulties please contact shop@bobochoses.com.

How can I place an order with BOBO CHOSES?

To place an order, please select the products and quantities you wish to purchase and add them to the basket. You can review your shopping basket before completing your order.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders are shipped on the same day. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately via shop@bobochoses.com or call us on (0034) 93 790 24 02, on the same day the order was placed. Any later and the cancellation will be processed as a return.

How will I know if my order is being processed?

All products are subject to availability. If they are not available at the warehouse we will contact you as soon as possible.
If the products are available, you will receive an automatically generated e-mail providing information on the preparation status of your order.

Our payment method is secure. The security system of “La Caixa” guarantees confidentiality and holder authenticity and prevents unauthorized third parties from gaining access to your information.

DELIVERY OF MY BOBO CHOSES PRODUCTS

What are the delivery costs? When can I expect to receive my order?

Same shipping cost of your order will be applicable depending destination of your parcel. In the chart below, you will find rates according to your location. The delivery times are calculated from the moment of payment confirmation (2/5 days approximately). The preparation of deliveries only takes place during working days.

Our delivery times are approximate and are exempt from exceptional circumstances or force majeure causes. In the event of any such exceptional circumstances occurring, BOBO CHOSES will contact you as soon as possible.

During sales, promotions or the launch of a new collection order processing and delivery may be delayed by a few working days.

What is BOBO CHOSES’ delivery policy?

Our couriers will make a maximum of two attempts to deliver your order. If they are unable to do so successfully after the second attempt, your order will be sent back to our head office. 
If you change the delivery address, there will be an additional charge, which you will have to pay to the courier company directly upon delivery.

Do you ship overseas?

BOBO CHOSES sells its products all around the world. The chart above indicates the estimated costs for the main destinations. Please be aware that customs duties for deliveries outside the European Union are not included and have to be paid to the courier upon delivery of your product.

What shall I do if my parcel is damaged upon arrival?

If the parcel is damaged when it arrives, please contact us within 24 hours and we will contact the courier company.


RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

When can I return or exchange items to BOBO CHOSES?

We accept returns and exchanges of products when, for instance, you do not like the product you ordered or you have chosen the wrong size, and you wish to return it. Under these circumstances you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

If, however, BOBO CHOSES has made a mistake regarding your order (e.g. wrong size/reference, or the item is defective), BOBO CHOSES would assume the shipping costs. If this is the case, please contact us as soon as possible at shop@bobochoses.com.

Can I return or exchange the products bought from BOBO CHOSES?

BOBO CHOSES accepts returns and exchanges within 14 days after you receive your order. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after this period. 

What are the conditions regarding returning or exchanging goods at BOBO CHOSES?

We will not exchange any items that are not in the same condition as received (i.e. with the labels attached and in the original packaging), or any items that have been used or washed. BOBO CHOSES reserves the right to carefully check the products before agreeing to an exchange or return. We will only refund / replace products which are in the original condition as when shipped. 

BOBO CHOSES cannot change returned products for another size or item. You should place a new order if you wish to buy another product or change the size.

What do I have to do if I want to return or exchange any item purchased from BOBO CHOSES?

If you wish to return one or more products, please log into your account on the BOBO CHOSES website.

Go to ‘Order History’ and select the appropriate order reference number. Please mark the corresponding boxes of the articles you wish to return, providing a brief explanation why you wish to return them and press ‘Make an RMA Slip’ to request the return or exchange.  

We will normally inform you within 3 working days if we accept the return request.

When returning the goods to us, you may ship the parcel with a carrier of your choice. Please note that BOBO CHOSES cannot be held responsible for articles that are lost or damaged during transport. When BOBO CHOSES has received and checked the returned products you will receive a confirmation email within a maximum of 30 days that we have refunded the money.

What happens if BOBO CHOSES has made a mistake regarding my order?

If BOBO CHOSES has made a mistake regarding your order (e.g. wrong size/reference, or the item is defective), please contact us as soon as possible at shop@bobochoses.com.

We will normally get in touch within 3 working days and BOBO CHOSES will assume the shipping costs for the return. Once the exchange has been accepted, we will send you an email with an electronic label which you will have to attach securely to the box or envelope that is to be returned.
You will need to call the carrier office to arrange a date and time for the collection. We will provide you with the contact details. 

What shall I do once BOBO CHOSES has accepted my return/exchange request?

After your request for an exchange or return has been accepted, you will have 7 working days to hand over the products which are to be exchanged or returned to the carrier. If the products have not been handed over to the carrier within that period, BOBO CHOSES reserves the right to proceed to cancel the exchange or return. Once we have received the product(s), we will proceed with the reimbursement or exchange.

Can I get a refund?

Once the return has been approved, there are two options for getting a refund:

  1.        You can request a credit note, the amount of which will be credited to your account and will be available to use during your next purchase. This credit slip can be found under ‘Your Account’ > ‘My Credit Slips’. The amount accumulated in your credit slips will be available for a period of six (6) months.
  2.        You can request that the amount be refunded via the same payment method used when making the purchase. Please note that the time it takes for the money to be refunded to your account depends on your bank.


Can all products be returned or exchanged?

We do not accept returns or exchanges during our Sale period. Swimwear cannot be exchanged or refunded.
